Responsibilities
Input and update data into databases with a high degree of accuracy.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Perform data collection tasks as required, ensuring that all information is current and correct.
Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for data entry.
Review data for errors or discrepancies and make corrections as needed.
Generate reports from databases as requested by management or other departments.
Requirements
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be able to work in office
Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred.
Familiarity with database management is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong computer skills, including familiarity with various office software applications.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
