Job Summary

FedEx is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk. This position is ideal for candidates with no prior experience, offering a unique opportunity to develop professional skills while working for a globally recognized leader in logistics and shipping. Key Responsibilities


Enter data accurately into various software systems and databases.


Verify and correct data as necessary to maintain quality and accuracy.


Process forms, reports, and other documentation in accordance with company standards.


Respond to internal queries regarding data entry and system operations.


Assist in managing databases and keeping records up to date.


Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.


Support other departments by providing data-related assistance.


Ensure all data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet departmental goals.

High school diploma or equivalent.


Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
