Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and dynamic Female Freshers to join our team as Remote HR Coordinators. As an HR Coordinator at The Elite Job, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team while working remotely. You will be involved in a variety of HR-related activities, including recruitment support, employee engagement, and assisting with HR administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Maintain employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Help with the coordination of employee training and development programs.
• Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
• Assist in creating and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to HR activities.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Qualification: A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and functions is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with employees.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience:
• This is an entry-level position, ideal for freshers or candidates with minimal work experience in human resources.
• Previous experience or internships in HR, administration, or related fields is a plus but not required.
• Working Hours:
• Full-Time: +:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Part-Time: Flexible hours, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong understanding of basic HR practices, such as recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently, while also being a part of a collaborative team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve HR-related queries promptly.
