Key Responsibilities
• Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems. Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare and generate regular and ad-hoc MIS reports, including financial summaries, operational metrics, and performance analyses.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support business strategies.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within data entry and reporting functions. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to gather data requirements and ensure alignment with reporting standards.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data entry procedures, reporting processes, and system configurations.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas. Experience with database management systems and MIS software.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly present data findings and interact with stakeholders.
• Experience
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a data entry or MIS role, preferably within a corporate environment. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is highly desirable.
• Previous Roles: Experience in a similar position where responsibilities included data entry, reporting, and data analysis.
• Working Hours
• Standard Hours: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, +:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Flexibility in working hours may be required based on project deadlines and reporting requirements.
