We are needing a Customer Services Representative to join our Auckland team! This is a fixed term position due to a current project running at the moment.

What you will do:
You will be responsible for delivering an excellent administration support, invoicing and data entry support to the ADT business as a whole.
How you will do it:
Complete data entry requests via phone calls, emails and action queues
Answer all incoming calls promptly and effectively in an efficient and professional manner
Ensure all contracts entered are met in accordance with contracts and customer expectations
Ensure KPIs are reached and met as per the requirements of both ADT and the customers
Document all calls and actions taken into all applicable programs and databases ensuring that all updates and amendments are accurate
Provide knowledgeable courteous and helpful customer service to internal and external customers
Build and maintain good working relationships with our internal and external customers including service managers, team managers, customer service staff, sales reps, dealers agencies etc
Analyse and understand business operation strengths and weaknesses to identify opportunities for automating processes and functions
Order stationary for the business
What we look for?
Experience within a call center or administration is preferrable
Data Entry experience, computer typing at speed with accuracy
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide concise accurate information
