Job Description
Responsibilities:
Transfer data into database systems with high accuracy.
Type in data provided directly from customers or other parties efficiently.
Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures, ensuring data consistency.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents, identifying discrepancies promptly.
Update existing data to maintain up-to-date records.
Produce reports as requested, highlighting key findings and trends.
Retrieve data as needed, adhering to data retention policies.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and security.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good attitude, punctuality, and discipline.
Multitasking abilities, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Typing Speed above 30 words per minute, maintaining high productivity.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk, preferably with Office 365 (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
Basic understanding of Databases, including data management principles.
Good command of English, both oral and written, and customer service skills.
Great attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Any Graduation degree with Hands-On Experience in MS Excel.
