Job Title: Data Entry Executive

Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Data Entry:
• Accurately and efficiently enter data into various systems, including spreadsheets, databases, and CRM platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness by verifying information against source documents.
• Identify and correct data entry errors promptly.
• Maintain data integrity by adhering to established data entry protocols.
MIS Reporting:
• Generate reports and dashboards using various tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms.

• Prepare reports that are clear, concise, and informative.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
Requirements:
Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, information technology) preferred.
Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field.
• Experience with MIS reporting tools and software preferred.
Skills:
• Strong data entry skills, including accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Technical Skills:
