Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update product, customer, and order information into Flipkarts databases and ERP systems.
Verify and validate data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
Coordinate with different teams such as inventory, logistics, and customer support to ensure data alignment.
Identify and report discrepancies or errors in data and work towards their resolution.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data in accordance with company policies.
Assist in generating regular reports and data summaries for internal stakeholders.
Support various administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum educational qualification: Bachelors degree (any discipline). Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Proficient typing skills with speed of at least 35-40 words per minute.
Strong command of English with good reading and writing skills.
Basic computer knowledge including MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with data entry software.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage time effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
