Data Entry Executive

Job Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Executive to join our team at Cold Chain Technologies – Ecoplex Reverse Logistics Plant on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US-based data entry processes and must be comfortable working in a night shift (US time zone).Key Responsibilities:Enter and update data accurately in the company’s internal systems as per US client requirements.Ensure high standards of data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.Perform regular checks to validate data and correct any inconsistencies or errors.Generate and maintain reports as per team or client needs.Collaborate with other departments to streamline data flow and reporting processes.Adhere to deadlines and company guidelines for all assigned tasks.Shift & Work Schedule:Shift Timing: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (US Shift)Work Days: 5 days a weekWeekly Off: Fixed, as per company policyRequired Skills & Experience:Prior experience in US Data Entry or similar night shift roles is mandatoryFast and accurate typing skillsProficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and familiarity with basic database toolsStrong English communication skills (written & verbal)High attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrityCapable of working independently with minimal supervisionComfortable working in a night shift and meeting tight deadlinesSalary:₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
