Insurance - Data Entry Executive
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry: Accurately enter and manage a variety of insurance data, including policy applications, renewals, claims, and endorsements.
Data Validation: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data by cross-referencing documents with existing records.
Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks to maintain high standards of data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with the customer support and underwriting teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to data entry and document processing.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Sssociate’s or bachelor’s degree.
Experience: Prior experience in data entry, administrative roles, or within the insurance industry is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with document management systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Experience with data entry tools and insurance software is a plus.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in handling data and documents.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Integrity: Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
