Job Description
Data Entry: Accurately enter data from various sources (such as forms, emails, documents, etc.) into our system or database.
• Data Maintenance: Update and maintain existing data records, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Spreadsheet Management: Use Excel to organize and manage data, perform basic calculations, and ensure proper formatting and consistency.
• Report Generation: Assist in generating periodic reports based on the entered data.
• Data Verification: Check for data errors, verify information, and correct discrepancies as needed.
• Organize and maintain both digital and physical files related to data.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other data-related tasks as assigned by the manager.
Minimum 12th pass; Graduate (Preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (ability to work with spreadsheets, basic formulas, and data sorting).
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Experience: Prior experience in data entry or administrative work is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Typing Speed: Good typing speed with accuracy.
Salary: Competitive salary up to ₹15,000 per month.
