ROLE -
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Data Entry Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date data records, ensuring data integrity, and supporting various data-driven projects within the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES -
● Enter data into designated databases, spreadsheets, or other systems with high accuracy and attention to detail.
● Verify data for completeness, correctness, and consistency, making necessary corrections or adjustments as required.
● Perform regular data maintenance tasks, such as data cleaning, deduplication, and record updates.
● Assist in organizing and digitizing physical records, ensuring proper indexing and storage.
● Collaborate with team members to resolve any data discrepancies or issues that arise.
● Follow established guidelines and procedures for data entry and record management.
● Support data-driven projects by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data as needed.
● Maintain confidentiality and security of all data in accordance with company policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS -
● Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software.
● Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
● Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
● Ability to work independently and efficiently while adhering to deadlines.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Familiarity with data entry procedures and best practices is a plus.
● Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools or systems as required.
