Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail oriented and enthusiastic Data Entry Intern to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately collecting, inputting, and maintaining large sets of data to support our sales and marketing functions. This is a great opportunity to work closely with a high-performing team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing and SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, verify, and enter data from various online sources into spreadsheets and CRM tools.
• Clean and format datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in maintaining and updating databases used for lead generation and campaign outreach.
• Collaborate with team members to identify data-related gaps or inconsistencies.
• Ensure data confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines.
• Generate simple reports and summaries from the collected data when required.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Completed a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a data entry operator.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is a must.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
• Good written communication skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and reliability.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and a team player.
