Key Responsibilities
• Accurately input data from various sources into internal databases and systems.
• Verify the accuracy of data and correct any errors to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain and update records as necessary.
• Assist in organizing and managing digital files and documents.
• Perform data cleanup and reconciliation tasks as required.
• Respond to inquiries and provide support in data-related queries.
• Meet daily and weekly targets set by the supervisor.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable with technology and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Experience
• Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Working Hours
• Full-time: 40 hours per week (8 hours a day, 5 days a week).
• Part-time: Flexible hours, approximately 20 hours per week (perfect for students or individuals with other commitments).
