Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Support Specialist to join the Flipkart team. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and operational support to the back-office team.
• Handle order processing, data entry, inventory management, and order tracking.
• Resolve customer issues related to back-office operations, including returns, refunds, and order status.
• Ensure timely processing and updating of customer data, including address details and payment information.
• Collaborate with different teams to streamline internal processes and improve efficiency.
• Prepare reports and documents as requested by senior management.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving internal operational issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding customer information and operations.
• Monitor and ensure that service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable with adapting to new tools, systems, and technologies.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

• Experience:
• Previous experience in back-office support, data entry, or administrative roles is preferred but not required.

• This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours.
• Must be available to work during core business hours, typically between + AM and 6 PM (Indian Standard Time).
