• As a data entry keyer for our growing company, you focus on getting things right the first time around.
• Work independently, with minimal supervision, to read work orders, and enter data into our computer systems.
• Verify the information before entering it, ensuring consistency in format.
• Built-in filing and copying time to keep your days varied and eyes sharp.
• Expect to spend about five hours daily on data entry keying.
Requirements:
• Required:
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Reading comprehension
• Critical thinking
• Organization
• Good communication skills
• Patience for repetitive work
• Preferred:
• Reading knowledge of English (about 5 to 10 percent of our orders are also in Spanish)
• One to two years of experience with data entry and/or filing
• Social perceptiveness
• Service orientation
