Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct lead follow-ups via phone, email as required.
• Maintain and update lead databases and call logs accurately in Excel or CRM.
• Research new potential leads and verify contact details.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports summarizing call outcomes and leads generated.
• Coordinate with the team on client communication and lead progress.
Requirements:
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Should also be able to speak Hindi or Punjabi for client conversations when required
• Excellent phone manners and confidence in speaking with international clients.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in calling, lead generation, or sales support preferred..
