Join a high-performing operations team supporting national freight movement

Team Global Express is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry & Manifesting Clerk to join our team in Karawatha. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced transport environment and has a keen eye for accuracy in data processing and manifesting functions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry

Accurately enter connotes and shipment details into Tollworks , ensuring commodities are correct for accurate pricing
Reconcile received connotes against daily operational plans to capture all revenue
Manifesting & Dispatching

Create daily pickup and linehaul manifests from drivers’ pickups and daily plans
Build Linehaul trips (LSDS) for company drivers and subcontractors in Tollworks
Prepare cover sheets, temperature sheets, and trip instructions for drivers
Email LSDS documents to subcontractors and respond to related queries
Driver Paperwork & POD Management

Debrief driver paperwork envelopes after deliveries
Capture Proof of Deliveries (PODs) in the Tollworks system
Maintain tracking spreadsheets and liaise with drivers, subcontractors, and the Linehaul team to ensure timely receipt of all documents
Rate Auditing

Review Tollworks rate reports to ensure correct revenue capture and flag any discrepancies
Communication & Coordination

Monitor and manage the shared mailbox
Provide general operational support and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
About You

✔ Experience in data entry or transport administration (desirable)
✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
✔ Excellent time management and organizational skills
✔ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
✔ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office applications
✔ Knowledge of Tollworks or similar logistics systems (advantageous)
