Job description
We are hiring a full-time Inventory & Excel Data Executive for our stainless steel goods manufacturing plant based in Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi.
Join a 70-year-old established business in the stainless steel industry. We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented person who is comfortable with Excel and can manage stock data, purchase logs, and production inventory across multiple product categories.
Location: Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi
Industry: Stainless Steel Products Manufacturing Factory
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (can be discussed)
Salary: To be discussed (based on skill and experience)
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily stock reports using Excel
Track inward and outward material movement
Reconcile physical inventory with digital records
Prepare monthly inventory summaries
Manage data for raw materials, finished goods, and WIP
Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams
Keep data ready for audits and quality checks
Assist in basic accounting entries (optional)
Requirements
Strong command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filtering, etc.)
Accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication skills
Prior experience in stock/inventory is a plus
Willing to work on-site in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
1-3 years of experience in stock or Excel-based roles (freshers with strong skills can also apply)
