Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain accurate data in Intuit QuickBooks
Process invoices, purchase orders, and job cost entries
Assist with accounts payable and receivable
Organize and maintain project and vendor records
Support payroll data entry and time tracking
Perform general office and administrative duties
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal project teams
Qualifications:
Proven experience using Intuit QuickBooks (required)
Prior data entry or office administration experience
Familiarity with construction or subcontractor environments preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
