About the Role
This is a hands on role and will involve providing efficient, accurate and timely service to our clients as well as dealing with daily proactive administrative duties. It is essential that you are self-driven and attentive to details as this position will be involved with:
Answering and distributing calls received
Actioning web and service requests
Data entry
Manage and maintain all up-to-date information in the company's operating system
Cover reception on a rotation
About You
Previous experience in a customer service environment
A great attitude
A person who takes responsibility for their own performance
Excellent communication skills
Office and data entry experience
