Job Description: Data Entry Operator for MSRTC EV Depots
Position: Data Entry Operator
Location: MSRTC EV Depots MSRTC EV Depot Satara
Type: Full-time
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Management:
Accurately input and maintain records of EV operations, including charging schedules, fleet status, and maintenance logs.
Update and verify data related to vehicle performance, electricity consumption, and other operational metrics in MS Excel.
Excel Reporting:
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced tools).
Create charts and summaries for depot managers and central operations teams.
Coordination:
Communicate with depot staff, maintenance teams, and central operations to gather and clarify required data.
Assist in resolving discrepancies and ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Process Optimization:
Identify inefficiencies in data handling processes and suggest improvements.
Assist with basic data analysis to support operational decisions.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Diploma or bachelor's degree in commerce, computer applications, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, charts, etc.).
Basic knowledge of EV fleet operations (preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided).
Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi for effective communication.
Experience:
1-2 years in data entry or administrative roles.
Experience in working with transportation or depot operations (preferred).
Attributes:
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Timely and error-free data entry for all EV depot operations.
Comprehensive and actionable Excel reports for management.
