Responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in computer systems and databases with speed and accuracy. Ensures data integrity and confidentiality while supporting administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information for data entry.
Review data for errors, correct incompatibilities, and check output.
Maintain and update databases, archives, and filing systems.
Generate reports and perform regular backups.
Operate office equipment like scanners and printers.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with data integrity policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in data entry or office administration.
Fast typing skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Preferred:
Additional computer training or certification.
Familiarity with industry-specific databases or software.
