Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various platforms and systems.
Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies and correct as needed.
Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
Perform data backups and ensure data security protocols are followed.
Generate reports and summaries from data as required.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve data management practices.
Respond to data inquiries and provide support to other departments as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data management or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role.
Familiarity with data entry software and systems.
Experience working in an e-commerce or retail environment is advantageous.
Working Hours:
Full-time position.
Standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Flexibility in working hours may be required based on project needs.
