An understanding Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Location: Mumbai Remuneration: 25,000 30,000 per month
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Operator to support our chartering operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to manage and organize chartering-related data efficiently. Candidates with a background in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or AI tools will be preferred.
Main Qualifications:
Graduate degree from a recognized university.
Strong command of English (both spoken and written).
Basic understanding of shipping industry concepts.
Experience or knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) preferred ,and AI-based tools will be an advantage.
Prior rapport with customers in dry bulk chartering is not essential.
1.Maintain and update customer data and email lists in our database.
2.Manage bookmarking of channels and upload relevant pictures/data in shared drives.
3.Update freight rates, fixed rates, and owner details in our system and Excel.
Key Skills & Abilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of AI based tools will be an added advantage.
