Designation: Data Entry Operator:
1. Inputting data accurately and efficiently into a computer system or database.
2. Verifying the accuracy of data entered into the system.
3. Checking data for errors, inconsistencies, and duplications.
4. Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
5. Following data entry procedures and protocols.
6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all data entered.
7. Ensuring that all data entry tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
8. Communicating effectively with other team members and managers.
+. Performing general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
10. Assisting with other administrative tasks as required.
