Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team at Bulk MRO
Industrial Supply Pvt Ltd Mumbai. The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our computer systems and databases. The ideal candidate should possess excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform data entry tasks by accurately inputting information from various sources into the company's databases and computer systems.
2. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by reviewing and verifying entered data for errors or discrepancies.
3. Maintain confidentiality and security of all data by adhering to company policies and procedures.
4. Update and maintain databases with new or revised information.
5. Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity and prevent data loss.
6. Retrieve and compile data from various sources to generate reports as needed.
7. Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
8. Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve any data-related issues.
+. Adhere to established data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy.
10. Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in data entry techniques and technologies.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
2. Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
3. Good knowledge of near sheets, docs, etc.
4. Proficient in using computer systems and data entry software.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in data.
6. Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
7. Good organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

10. Familiarity with basic office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners) and Microsoft Office
Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
