Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Job Summary:
A Data Entry Operator is responsible for entering and managing data into computer systems, spreadsheets, and databases. The operator must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data entered and adhere to data entry guidelines and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry: Input data into computer databases or spreadsheets from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and verbal instructions.
2. Data Verification: Review and verify the accuracy of data entered, and make necessary corrections or updates as needed.
3. Data Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain data by adding, deleting, or modifying records as required.
4. Data Quality: Ensure data quality and consistency by following established data entry guidelines and quality control procedures.
5. Data Retrieval: Retrieve and compile data from databases and electronic files when requested for reporting or analysis purposes.
6. Record Keeping: Maintain and organize physical and electronic records of documents and data for future reference.
7. Data Security: Adhere to data security and confidentiality policies to protect sensitive information.
8. Typing Skills: Demonstrate proficient typing and keyboarding skills to enter data accurately and efficiently.
+. Problem Solving: Address data entry issues or discrepancies and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them.
10. Communication: Communicate with team members or supervisors to clarify data requirements and report any data-related issues.
Timings :- +am-6:15pm including Breaks
Working Days:- 6 days of Working
Interview Timings(5pm-7pm)
Shift :- Day Shift
