Accurate data entry of PTL shipments, consignments, and delivery details in the system
Updating inward, outward, POD, and billing-related data on a daily basis
Maintaining records of LRs, invoices, delivery status, and discrepancies
Coordinating with the warehouse, operations, and billing teams for data accuracy
Generating daily and monthly MIS reports as required
Ensuring data is entered within defined timelines with zero or minimal errors
Maintaining confidentiality of company and client data
