Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented internship candidates to join our support team. As a Data Entry Operator Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting with data collection and entry for our ERP and CRM systems. This internship offers hands-on experience with industry-leading software and the opportunity to support business operations by ensuring data accuracy and organization.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Data Entry: Enter accurate data into our ERP and CRM systems from various sources including internal reports and feedback from the team.
Required Qualifications:
• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or any related field.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and basic understanding of database software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to input data accurately.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of ERP and CRM systems is a plus but not required.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Data Collection: Assist in collecting, organizing, and validating data from different departments to support the implementation and operation of ERP and CRM systems.
• Data Verification: Review and verify the accuracy of entered data, making corrections as necessary.
• Documentation Support: Maintain organized records and ensure that relevant documents are scanned, uploaded, and properly stored in digital databases.
• System Updates: Ensure that updates or changes to ERP and CRM data are accurately reflected in real time.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the support team to ensure that the data collection and entry processes align with the needs of different departments.
• Reporting: Generate basic reports from data entered into the systems for internal reviews and project tracking.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information responsibly and maintain the confidentiality of company data.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience or coursework related to data entry or database management.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics would be an added advantage.
• Behavioral Competencies:
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to contribute to the success of the team and company.
