I am seeking a professional data entry specialist to convert mixed data (text and numbers) from images into an Excel spreadsheet. This is a long-term project that requires exceptional precision and meticulous attention to detail.

I am currently seeking a data entry professional to assist in streamlining my business records. Ideal skills for this role include proficiency in data entry, attention to detail, and experience with data handling and typing.

Please note that the specifics of the data type, current format, and output format are yet to be determined. Therefore, flexibility and adaptability are essential.

Experience with data entry and Excel is essential. Only seasoned professionals are encouraged to apply. Your ability to accurately transcribe and organize this information will be crucial to the success of this project. Sample images and Excel spreadsheets will be provided for your reference.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Data Entry Operator. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data into our systems, verifying and editing data for accuracy, and generating reports as necessary.

Qualifications

Proficiency in data entry tasks and computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry processes

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Prior experience in data entry or related roles is highly desirable.
