Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain operational and production data for our food manufacturing unit. The role supports inventory, production, quality, and administrative records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter daily production, raw material, and finished goods data into systems
Maintain inventory, purchase, sales, and dispatch records
Update quality control, batch, and traceability records as per food safety norms
Prepare basic MIS reports (daily / weekly / monthly)
Verify data accuracy and correct errors promptly
Maintain files, registers, and digital records
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Accounts teams
Ensure confidentiality and proper documentation control
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any graduate /Equivalent
1–3 years experience in data entry (manufacturing / food industry is an advantage)
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations
Typing speed and accuracy
Basic understanding of inventory and production data
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
Experience in food manufacturing / FMCG environment
Knowledge of ERP / inventory software
Familiarity with documentation related to ISO / FSSAI is an advantage
Work Conditions
Factory / office-based role
May require coordination across shifts
