Key responsibilities:
Data Entry:
Enter and update data into company databases with speed and accuracy.
Verify and correct data where necessary.
Ensure data integrity and consistency.
Data Management:
Regularly back up data to ensure data preservation.
Organize and maintain files to ensure data is easily accessible.
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
Documentation:
Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
Review and interpret data to ensure it is correct and accurately entered.
Generate reports as needed.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data issues.
Provide data to authorized users when requested.
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
Technical Skills:
Utilize MS Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
Use other office software and equipment as necessary.
Qualifications:
Educational Requirements: 10th Pass Candidate,12th Pass Candidates, For Graduate Proficiency in MS Excel. Skills & Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Working Conditions:
3 to 4 months contract project
Office environment.
May require extended hours to meet deadlines.
