Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Enter invoice-related data with high accuracy into internal systems.
Prepare, verify, and generate customer invoices in compliance with internal procedures and client requirements.
Ensure proper documentation of all billing and financial records.
Maintain physical and digital filing systems for invoices, vehicle documents, and related paperwork.
Handle vehicle documentation processes including registration, insurance, fitness certificates, permits, and renewal tracking.
Coordinate with vendors, transport teams, and finance to gather, validate, and archive vehicle-related documents.
Upload and manage documentation within R Logic software (if applicable).
Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing or vehicle records.
Ensure all filing systems are up-to-date and easily retrievable for audits and compliance checks.
Support administrative functions and assist other departments with documentation as needed.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
