Job Description
We are seeking a highly accurate and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering data into our system with a high degree of accuracy and speed, and performing basic data analysis using Excel. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and basic Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data into our system with a high degree of accuracy and speed
- Review data for errors and inconsistencies
- Correct errors and inconsistencies in a timely manner
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Perform basic data analysis using Excel, including:
- Creating pivot tables to summarize data
- Using VLOOKUP to match data between spreadsheets
- Filtering and sorting data to identify trends and patterns
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of data entry experience
- Excellent typing skills (40+ wpm)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic Excel skills, including:
- Pivot tables
- VLOOKUP
- Filtering and sorting data
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
