HK Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Operator. Key Responsibilities:
• Input and update data into company databases and systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections.
• Perform routine data entry tasks such as data cleaning, data validation, and data reconciliation.
• Maintain data confidentiality and ensure compliance with company data protection policies.
• Generate and compile reports based on data entries as required.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth data management processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures to improve efficiency.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent. A relevant certification or training in data entry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic knowledge of data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience:
• No prior experience required. Training will be provided to all new hires.
• Experience with data entry or administrative tasks is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Working Hours:
• Part-time position with flexible hours.
• Expected to work 15-20 hours per week.
• Schedule can be adapted to fit the candidate availability, provided it aligns with team requirements.
