DEO (Data entry Operator) is the local Mortgage service/processing Specialist who will complete the Data entry, processing of mortgage files, liaising with the vendors and credit/ops for the approvals and disbursals. Key Accountabilities 1. Responsible for servicing and processing Mortgage cases/customer for his/her territory. 2. Support the HAS for processing and documentation of their files. 3. Ensure the documentation accuracy and suitability. 4. Ensure the customer TATs are met. 5. Keep track on PDD. 6. Ensure internal and regulatory compliance and adherence to DBS policy. Job Duties & responsibilities 0. Processing and doing the data entry for all the Home Loan LAP applications, completing the documentation as per DBS guidelines, collection of Processing fees etc. 1. Collect ECS and original Sale agreement / offer document for disbursals. 2. Provide assistance to collection teams to maintain standard repayment schedules for customers, assist in delinquent cases. 3. Manage customer issues on service / applications. 4. Handing day to day mortgage operational activity, such as login mortgage application & processing the same. 5. Monitoring/controlling agencies for different type of verifications such as valuation, legal search, filed verification, FCU etc. 6. Co-ordinating with credit and ops for smooth functioning of day to day to business activities. 7. PDD follow up. Required Experience 0. Proven track record in Mortgage sales/servicing. 1. Understanding of the mortgage file processing, like data entry, knowledge of key ratios etc. 2. Thorough product knowledge. 3. Should have relevant assets experience in the local market and have understanding of key customer segments Education / Preferred Qualifications An MBA /Graduate with relevant number of years of experience in banking and specifically in Mortgages is preferable. Technical Competencies 0. Sound understanding of Mortgages business and market 1. Good in excel and MIS controls. 2. Knowledge of home loan products to assist clients and relationship managers. 3. Sound knowledge on home loan documentation, regulatory guidelines. Work Relationship 0. Close interaction with HAS and CSM to ensure consistent delivery of mortgage sales. 1. Close interaction with Ops team for disbursal, and customer team for the approvals
