Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and maintain information in our company databases and systems. The ideal candidate will have fast typing skills, an eye for detail, and a strong understanding of data confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Input, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases.
Verify and correct data where necessary.
Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities.
Maintain accurate records of valuable company information.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations.
Respond to information requests and retrieve data as required.
Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and data programs.
Familiarity with administrative duties.
Good command of English (oral and written).
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training will be an asset.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
