Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team at the Head Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing key backend operations related to sales order processing, purchase tracking, and stock management. This role is critical in supporting B2B and EBO functions with timely and accurate data.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Order Management
· Creation and processing of sales orders in the system.
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of all order entries.
2. Proforma Invoice (PI) Management
· Timely creation of Proforma Invoices for orders as per company protocol.
· Coordinate with the accounts/sales team for verification and approvals.
3. Purchase Order Monitoring
· Regularly check and verify weekly auto-generated Purchase Orders (POs).
· Escalate discrepancies or missing data to relevant departments.
4. Stock Reporting
· Share daily stock status reports with concerned stakeholders.
· Ensure real-time stock visibility across platforms.
5. Data Management & Reporting
· Maintain and update operational sheets and trackers as per B2B and EBO requirements.
· Assist in generating reports for sales, stock, and operational planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and daily reporting tools.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
