Maintaining updated databases of employees, contractors, Port site and vendors with all relevant information.
Assist and support administrative staff in their day to day operations.
Support staff in handling and documenting accounts.
Assist inventory controlling staff in maintaining inventory records.
Assist in arranging meetings, events and appointments with the Managing Directors.
Take care of electrical equipment, Contact service agency in case of break down.
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1.5 years
Knowledge: Correspondence, Good English, Gujarati
Computer Literacy: Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel(vlookup)
