Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter, update, and maintain various types of data in the companys system and databases.

Perform regular data quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy.
•
Process a high volume of data entries with speed and precision.
•
Organize and categorize data for easy access and retrieval.
•
Generate and prepare reports as needed.
•
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled.
•
Collaborate with team members and assist in troubleshooting any data-related issues.
•
Perform additional administrative tasks as required by the supervisor or management.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
•
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
•
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
•
Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40-50 WPM.
•
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
•
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
•
Familiarity with data entry software and tools is a plus.
•
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
•
Ability to work during night shifts (flexible schedule available).
• Experience:
•
Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or related administrative work.
•
Experience in handling large datasets and performing data analysis is a plus.
•
Prior experience working in a night shift role is an advantage.
• Working Hours:
•
Night shift: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (flexible timing available)
•
5 working days a week (weekend shifts required).
•
