Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and highly efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and spreadsheets with precision.

Review data for errors and inconsistencies and correct them as needed.
•
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
•
Organize and store data in an efficient manner to ensure easy retrieval.

Assist in generating reports and compiling data when required.
•
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
•
Follow company policies and procedures for data management and security.
•
Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
• Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
•
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50 WPM preferred).
•
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.

Basic knowledge of data management principles.

Good organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
