Data Entry & Admin Assistant
Location – Delhi, India
Key Responsibilities
• Perform accurate data entry tasks including updating records, managing spreadsheets, and maintaining databases.
• Support general administrative tasks such as filing, document control, and office coordination.
• Assist the HR team in recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and candidates as per job requirements.
• Maintain and organize candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external applicants.
• Draft and format documents, emails, reports, and other correspondence as needed.
• Help coordinate onboarding procedures and maintain personnel files.
• Ensure all administrative and recruitment processes comply with company standards.
• Provide additional support to various departments as required.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, administration, or recruitment support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
