Primary Purpose
The primary purpose of a data operator is to manage and process data in various forms and maintaining data in data management systems. Would be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of data as well as troubleshooting data related issues and generating reports as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibility:
Should record data by operating data entry equipment; coding information; resolving processing problems.
Must protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Ensure accomplishment of department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Should enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files, and forms.
Should scan the documents into Document Management Systems or databases.
Ensure the accuracy of work completed.
Should maintain logbooks/records of activities and tasks
Work Relations:
Must interface with Admin, Finance, HR and Technology for any people or any operational issues
Should interface with external vendors for any functional issues.
Must interface with parents for timely communication of school information and managing parents’ issues
Desired Qualification
Graduate from any stream or Degree/Diploma in Computers
Experience
Experience with MS Office and data programs
