Key Result Areas (KRA) for Data Entry Operator cum MIS

1. Data Entry Accuracy and Timeliness

Ensure 100% accuracy in entering data from various sources into relevant databases or systems.

Excellent command on Advance Excel.

Perform regular data verification and validation.

2. MIS Reporting and Analysis

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required by the management.

Maintain and update existing reporting formats.

Provide insights and trends from MIS reports to support decision-making.

3. Database Management

Regularly update and maintain master databases and spreadsheets.

Perform periodic data clean-ups to ensure data integrity.

Ensure backups are taken and database structures are not compromised.

4. Coordination and Communication

Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and verification.

Respond to data-related queries from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

5. System and Process Compliance

Adhere to organizational protocols for data security and confidentiality.

Follow SOPs related to data handling and reporting.

Support audit processes by providing accurate records when needed.

6. Process Improvement

Identify gaps or inefficiencies in data entry and MIS processes.

Suggest improvements or automation opportunities to streamline reporting.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
