Job Title: Data Entry
Location: Phoenix, AZ, 85007 (Onsite)
M-F 7-5pm, will work 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $20/hr on W2 All Inc
Position Description:
This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment entering data from various tax documents into multiple systems. The ideal candidate will efficiently and accurately enter the time sensitive, confidential information while maintaining a high level of speed and precision. In addition to data entry this position requires reviewing & correcting errors that require analysis within the tax system. Success in this role depends on strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task effectively and a genuine enthusiasm for high-speed environments.
Responsibilities
Enter customer and account data by inputting text and numerical information from an imaged document.
Works independently to research, analyze and validate documents that require a more detailed review.
Consult a procedural manual for direction.
Requirements
Proven data entry work experience
Key a minimum of 12,000 keystrokes per hour
Use and follow policy and procedures
Ability to work in a production-based environment with a high degree of accuracy
Demonstrate critical thinking
Detail oriented
High degree of adaptability
Experience with MS Office, and Google Suites
