Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical individual to handle banking data entry and reporting for our finance team. This full-time remote role involves managing bank-related transactions, reconciling records, and supporting financial reporting processes using Odoo. You should be familiar with banking terms, statements, and procedures, and capable of ensuring the accuracy of financial data and smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
• Enter and reconcile bank transactions in Odoo
• Monitor bank feeds and import/export data as needed
• Generate reports and summaries of banking activities
• Support the finance team with accurate, real-time banking information
• Communicate effectively with banks or internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized digital records and documentation related to transactions
Responsibilities
• Prior experience working with banking data, including statement reconciliation and basic financial terminology
• Familiarity with ERP systems like Odoo is a strong advantage (training provided if needed)
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
