The company's unique approach goes beyond traditional energy procurement to deliver value and efficiency.Role DescriptionEnter and maintain accurate data in our internal systems related to natural gas purchases, transport, scheduling, and invoices.Support the Process Engineering and Analytics teams by preparing and organizing transactional data, including purchases, rates, volumes, and transport.Assist in generating daily and monthly reports related to gas transactions, costs, volumes, and rates.Work with schedulers and traders to ensure data accuracy for nominations, purchases, and intraday adjustments.Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting teams to ensure the accurate and timely reporting of month-end accruals.Review and track invoice management processes, identifying discrepancies for resolution.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher is a plus).Experience in data entry, preferably in the energy or utilities sector.Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management tools (experience with energy-related software is a plus).
