ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Entry Specialist. Success in this position will require meticulous organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to keep a large number of projects|tasks synchronized. All potential candidates must be highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail and have the ability to learn a large amount of technical data relating to our products. Strong mathematical skills are required, as those skills will be used daily.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Enter data and make changes to existing data figures in digital databases

Insert data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits

Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry

Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output

Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents

Apply data program techniques and procedures

Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations

Scan documents and print files, when needed

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Two plus years of experience in Data Entry

Advanced Microsoft Office and G-Suite knowledge

Basic knowledge of touch-typing system and database management tools

Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately

Strong attention to detail

Ability to think analytically

AA|AS degree or equivalent work experience

English, additional language(s) an advantage

Schedule of this position: Monday – Friday | Core business hours | Onsite
