Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fresh Graduate to join our team as a Data Operations Specialist. In this role, you will learn and manage our proprietary platform, handle brand data and social media accounts, ensure data accuracy, and help improve our processes. Your attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines will be key to your success and the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Learn the Platform: Get familiar with our SaaS platform and tools, understanding how data is added and managed.
• Manage Brand Data: Research and upload brand information and social media accounts into our system.
• Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks to ensure data is accurate and identify any errors.
• Meet Deadlines: Stay organized, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while communicating with the team.
• Accept Feedback: Be open to feedback and make improvements based on suggestions to enhance data quality.
What We’re Looking For:
• Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure high accuracy in all tasks.
• Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication.
• Tech Savvy: Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
